Great place to stay. Spacious, clean and very convenient. The apartment had everything you need. Helpful and friendly host. Location of the apartment is very good for exploring Chania by foot. Good value for money. Big recommend from me! :)

The profesionalisme of George and Chrissa was evident from the beginning. They took time to recommend the nearby restaurants and assisted me in my various questions, and always going above and beyond. - Great views from the room- Incredibly clean facilities- Informative and helpful hotel staff- Convenient location in the center of town- Parking was off-site at the city lot (Never had an issue finding parking, overflow lot was also not too far)

The hotel was in a perfect location literally 2minutes walk from the harbour bars and cafes etc. The staff were very welcoming and friendly and George provided me with a map showing all of his suggested places to eat/visit.

The location was excellent right in old town with a view of the port The manager George was very kind and had many recommendations for us to see and places to eat .

I loved my short stay at Helena Hotel and I really wish I could’ve stayed longer. The view of the room was absolutely incredible, the best view I had in Chania yet! The room was very clean and comfortable. The location was perfect, very centrally located in old town. The hosts were always helpful and super welcoming! Thank you!

It couldn’t have been a more perfect hotel. It’s located in the perfect part of the old town, among beautiful old alleyways, and a little bit back from the more touristy parts of the main port. It felt very authentic and charming, and booking the room with the sea view was spectacular! George was so helpful with offering options for checking in at 4am and meeting me leave my bags all day! He also helped with organising taxis. The room was spacious and very clean, with simple but modern furnishings. I loved waking up every morning to the beautiful view of the port! I would love to come back.
