Hélena Hotel

The location was excellent right in old town with a view of the port The manager George was very kind and had many recommendations for us to see and places to eat .

The hotel was in a perfect location literally 2minutes walk from the harbour bars and cafes etc. The staff were very welcoming and friendly and George provided me with a map showing all of his suggested places to eat/visit.

- Great views from the room- Incredibly clean facilities- Informative and helpful hotel staff- Convenient location in the center of town- Parking was off-site at the city lot (Never had an issue finding parking, overflow lot was also not too far)

Amazing property with great sea side view. But what really made it are the hosts providing us it great recommendations and conversations

The profesionalisme of George and Chrissa was evident from the beginning. They took time to recommend the nearby restaurants and assisted me in my various questions, and always going above and beyond. The view from window was beyond words. You can see beautiful Venetian harvor. Everyday in the morning, in the evening, I used to spend time to see slowly changing scenery.Staff was very friendly and gave me kind advices to enjoy Chania.

The Hotel has great location - in the old part of town. The view from window is amazing.In a few minutes you can walk to restaurants, shops and the harbor.The staff (especialy George) are super friendly and will help you find your way around the city. He also gave us a lot of advices to enjoy Chana and surroundings

The hosts George and Xrysa were both warm, welcoming, and very helpful. They made my stay so much more enjoyable. The room was amazing, clean, comfortable, warm, and with amazing views over the harbour. The location was fabulous, two minutes walk to the harbour, cafes, restaurants, and shops.

The hotel was in an amazing location overlooking the bay, but back behind the crowd.George, the receptionist, was so helpful and friendly as giving us a map with notes he made for us with recommendations.The cleaning stuff was also amazing.You will not go wrong with this place unless you are used to big boring resorts.
