They took time to recommend the nearby restaurants and assisted me in my various questions, and always going above and beyond. I loved my short stay at Helena Hotel and I really wish I could’ve stayed longer. The view of the room was absolutely incredible, the best view I had in Chania yet! The room was very clean and comfortable. The location was perfect, very centrally located in old town. The hosts were always helpful and super welcoming! Thank you!

Great place to stay. Spacious, clean and very convenient. The apartment had everything you need. Helpful and friendly host. Location of the apartment is very good for exploring Chania by foot. Good value for money. Big recommend from me! :)

- Great views from the room- Incredibly clean facilities- Informative and helpful hotel staff- Convenient location in the center of town- Parking was off-site at the city lot (Never had an issue finding parking, overflow lot was also not too far)

The location was excellent right in old town with a view of the port The manager George was very kind and had many recommendations for us to see and places to eat .

The hotel was in an amazing location overlooking the bay, but back behind the crowd.George, the receptionist, was so helpful and friendly as giving us a map with notes he made for us with recommendations.The cleaning stuff was also amazing.You will not go wrong with this place unless you are used to big boring resorts.

Helena Hotel location is fairly safe from the more crowded streets with taverns, enough to make the staying peaceful, relaxing. Also, just a couple of minutes of walking distance to bars, taverns, convenience stores and the pier.The staff was polite, friendly and helpful.Everything else was fine, just as you'd expect from an accommodation in an the old city building, very close to the sea.

The Hotel has great location - in the old part of town. The view from window is amazing.In a few minutes you can walk to restaurants, shops and the harbor.The staff (especialy George) are super friendly and will help you find your way around the city. He also gave us a lot of advices to enjoy Chana and surroundings
